We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who supports the daily UK/BeNeLux/Germany business by delivering scientific expertise and education about the optimal use of the Flen Health product portfolio. Initiate programs in the field to further develop our therapies and to explore new indications.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the HCP brands and deliver the communication plan to strengthen the brand and increase brand awareness among Healthcare Professionals
  • Support the development and execution of the yearly marketing plan for the respective countries/region in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Create, implement and monitor marketing campaigns directed towards Healthcare Professionals (nurses, GPs, specialists, hospitals etc.,), allowing patients to get access to Flen products as early as possible
  • Develop the necessary promotional tools to support the sales teams each cycle
  • Support digital marketing projects rolled out for countries/regions in line with the company’s strategy
  • Guarantee scientific accuracy of educational and promotional materials
  • Ensure up to date product, market, competition knowledge and report market evolutions in order to optimise the brand strategy and communication plan
  • Monitor, analyse and describe local market dynamics
  • Present marketing tactics during cycle meetings
  • Work closely with other departments in order to roll out marketing plans, including timings to be respected (e.g. Regulatory, Medical, Sales, etc.)
  • Liaise with HCPs to understand market evolutions and needs and obtain their support to grow Flen Health products and projects
  • Perform market research to explore untapped business segments for the existing product portfolio and support the Market Research colleague
  • Explore and support the introduction and launch of new products in the relevant region
  • Attend relevant local symposia/conferences to keep knowledge updated on wound care trends and developments
  • Achieve agreed marketing KPI’s for HCP product portfolio
  • Maintain company standards with high level of organisational skills

  • Active communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicates in a timely manner to all requests from stakeholders    
  • Work collaboratively with Medical Marketing to ensure most up to date scientific information is evidenced accurately
  • Attend relevant local symposia/conferences to keep knowledge updated on wound care trends and developments
  • Support the handling of clinical/medical questions arising from the sales team, healthcare professionals and patients in collaboration with PMS (Regulatory Affairs department)
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g. Sales; Regulatory; Medical etc.)
  • Identifies potential problems and creates a plan of action to overcome.
  • Once problems are identified works with line manager to achieve successful solution
  • Ensure analysis of sales data to ensure that current campaigns are working effectively
  • Utilise effectively CRM (Salesforce) for management of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Marketing Plans are uptodate and maintain budget control
  • Maintain calendar of all National Events to ensure participation, stock orders and sales personnel coverage
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Reports any defect, damage, or loss of company equipment immediately to line manager
  • All company equipment e.g. computer, phone are maintained to a clean and tidy standard
  • Ensure adherence to company electronic filing system
  • Demonstrates quarterly the ability to identify gaps in knowledge or experience and takes action to remedy it
  • Implements new working practices and applies knowledge gained following any training
  • Consistently identifies new sales, marketing and business opportunities and communicates these to the Line Manager

Your qualifications & experience:

  • Understanding of HCP’s, their roles and responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of supply route
  • Excellent English language – written & verbal
  • University Degree - Marketing
  • Working experience required – 2 years minimum
