Your responsibilities:

  • Monitors sales - vs - target each month and demonstrate an accurate awareness of what is required to ensure targets are achieved
  • All deadlines adhered 
  • Dress appropriately for the working environment
  • On-territory in the planned area daily
  • At every group meeting, demonstrates the ability to control the audience and effectively communicate with the group, ensuring that each customer receives key sales message from every presentation.
  • Effectively use the IDEALS selling model with every customer
  • Follow up after every significant customer interaction
  • Demonstrate the importance and awareness of maintaining a positive attitude with colleagues at all times
  • Use diary zoning and analysis of sales data to ensure that the correct amount of time and resources is allocated to priority areas
  • Maintain a strategic electronic business plan in line with the best practice and standards
  • Keep business plan up-to-date and demonstrate that it is being used as an effective tool
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Demonstrate, on a quarterly basis, the ability to identify gaps in knowledge or experience and takes action to remedy it
  • Implement new working practices and applies knowledge gained following training
  • Consistently identifies new sales and, business opportunities, and communicates these to the Line Manager
