Regional Business Manager - Northern Germany

For our entity in Germany, we are looking for a Regional Business Manager to reinforce our sales department. If you are experienced or deeply interested in wound care, and always wanted to work for a renowned pharmaceutical company, you can be the perfect candidate for this job!
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for increasing sales in the North of Germany by executing a nationwide strategic plan, formulating a regional sales strategy in line with national plans and working to company KPI’s in collaboration with the management. Your main contacts will be burn centers, hospitals & home care services in the region.

Your responsibilities:
- You proactively promote and sell Flen Health brands in your region
- You anticipate the needs and requirements of existing Flen Health clients while developing new accounts
- You oversee all sales activity from new product introduction such as instruction and presentation to customers
- You take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of the Sales Director
- Through desire for success, you will increase sales and market share within your region, negotiate and close (long term) contracts with key accounts, burn centers in particular, that offer prices and conditions that meet company’s requirements and standards
- You engage with stakeholders and work closely with key opinions leaders
- You lead and coach a team of sales representatives to bring them to a higher level
- You manage the Performance Appraisal (PA) process with each member of your team, setting-up yearly objectives, review with a mid-year assessment and then evaluate each result at the end of the year
- You manage the activity of your team to improve performance and capabilities, and to align the team on the companies’ values and group strategies and procedures
- You act as Flen Health's brand ambassador and represent the company at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs
- You ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
- You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together
Your qualifications & experience:
- Ideally, you hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
- You can demonstrate at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
- You have already been in contact with burns centers in Germany
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You show strong leadership skills, ensuring clear, precise and transparent communication with team members
- You show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
- Data savvy and comfortable with numbers and market analysis, you demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and Showpad
- You are a native German speaker with a good level of English
- You hold a valid Driving License
- As a problem solver, you work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnover.
