For our entity in Germany, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to reinforce our sales department. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director DACH, you build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key regional and /or national customers and key opinion leaders. You resolve externalstakeholder queries and increase revenue by promoting our products and collaborate with sales teams to generate sales leads.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with Key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to win new business for the country
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and margins
  • Stay informed about changes and trends in the healthcare environment and leverage insights for strategic engagement with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Support the sales strategy through analysis of sales performance and market data
  • Plan and execute sales activities for new product launches, including ROI calculations
  • Contribute to the development, coaching, and training of the sales team


Your qualifications & experience: 

  • University degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a comparable field
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong professional network within the medical industry preferably wound care 
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English
