We are looking for a Product Specialist OTC/OTX to join our Marketing Department with an immediate start. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our office in Belgium.

As Product Specialist for the BeNeLux market, you will support the Marketing team in the development and implementation of strategic marketing and selling plans for the OTC/OTX portfolio. You will take the lead on specific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies to ensure strong and consistent execution.


This position will suit you perfectly if you have a taste for innovation and the desire to make things happen. 

Your responsibilities:

  • You contribute to the promotion of Flen Health’s OTC/OTX portfolio and support the execution of the communication plan to increase brand visibility and awareness
  • You support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the BeNeLux region
  • You take ownership of specific projects within the OTC/OTX portfolio and ensure operational follow-up in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • You develop and optimize promotional materials to support the sales teams 
  • You support and help drive digital marketing initiatives for the BeNeLux region
  • You build strong knowledge of products, markets, and competitors
  • You monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance, translating insights into recommendations
  • You contribute to market research projects to identify new opportunities
  • You support the introduction and launch of new OTC/OTX products in the BeNeLux region
  • You attend relevant seminars and conferences to stay up to date on market trends and developments

Your qualifications & experience: 

  • You hold a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business & Economics
  • You can demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within OTC/consumer healthcare, within the wound care market is considered a plus
  • You are fluent (written and verbal) in English and in Dutch. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
  • You hold experience in developing and executing marketing plans
  • You are able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • You are customer-oriented: you are able to explore clients’ needs by carrying out market analysis and by being out in the field
  • You have good planning and organization skills
  • You have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to implement and take ownership of new projects
  • You have strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • You are willing to travel, including overnight stays (+-20% of working time)
